Chicken Marsala Stuffed Portobello Mushroom

Okay y'all.

This is a yummy one!

I in no way consider myself a food blogger. I am however one heck of a recipe follower. But, when I find a good recipe I feel that it is my obligation to share it with y'all.

One perk of being a stay at home mom is that I have a fair amount of time to look around for recipes. Whether thats in magazines, on pinterest, or through people sharing them on Facebook. I can filter through the ones that look promising and ones that aren't so, without being in a rush. I don't know how my mom does it. Her day starts at 4:30 in the morning and from there she is going non-stop until she gets home around 6. Which is just in time for her to keep going to cook dinner. So, shout out to all the working ladies out there! Since I can be home looking up recipes and testing them out I feel like maybe someone can benefit from coming to my blog to quickly choose a recipe that is tried and true.

Caleb loves mushrooms so I was looking around for meals that have mushrooms. I initially thought it would be a side item then I saw this recipe. It was super easy and SO yummy.

I did add wayyyy more cheese than what the recipe called for. And I guess it depends on the size of your mushrooms, but I filled 5 mushrooms and easily could've filled 2-3 more. I wasn't sure if they would be filling enough so I served it with a side salad. Caleb liked them so much he ate two, so it was a winner!

Disclaimer: these photos are awful. Once again, not a food blogger. Just showing some real world people how these recipes look in the real world. I'm a visual person and need to see photos as much as I need to read the directions.

The website I got the recipe from doesn't show many pictures and pictures with recipes is always something I look for. I think its so I can know if I am doing something wrong, ha! Bottom right to top left is the order of the cooking process.
